Refund policy
We pride ourselves in the quality and care we put into each product. Due to each product being handmade and customized with love, we DO NOT accept EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on any product or gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product arrives damaged you must email proof to us within 24 hours of delivery. If the product was damaged due to neglect on behalf of the postal service, you must file a claim with the postal carrier directly. If the packaging is not damaged but the product is, we may offer a replacement but this will be determined on a case by case basis. A replacement is not guaranteed
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds as this is a custom made product.
