Shipping policy

Currently the turn around time for orders is 5-7 business days. We do not have control over delays caused by the postal carrier. You will receive tracking information for your order as soon as it is shipped. 

Please confirm the address you provide is accurate. If there is an error please reach out as soon as possible via email: kcaycreations@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to change the address and will not issue a refund for inaccurate information. If an order is returned for any reason you will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label.
